Brian,

First thing i would do is to post pictures of the items here and ask for opinions on authenticity. Or post a link to the current sellers ebay auction so we can check them out. If they are good, then no big deal. However, if they are bad, then that is a different matter. If members say bad, i would message that info to the seller. If he refuses to take it down, assured by your full refund, then i would contact ebay and inform them of the situation.

If that still doesnt get him to stop the auction, then i would come here, repeat the whole story, and post all messages between you and the seller posting his ebay name here as well. In this case, if they turn out bad, it was your initial fault for selling them, but you are trying to correct the problem, and its obvious you werent aware of the problem. You offered the proper recourse, and if the seller refuses, he needs to be called out on it. And if ebay wont help, then this site can.

Good luck to you man

When and where did you acquire the autograph?  Do you believe that it is authentic?

Yes 100 percent. Authentic but just think the seller wants his cake and eat it if it makes him money he will sell it and if it don't then he will want to return. It.I don't think it works like that!.offered. Him refund then wants to find out how much it makes.Did think the law was that you can't pass on a autograph that you belive to be fake whether it is or not and feel this seller has broken the law

if your customer thinks enough of the item to sell it on ebay, that should absolve you from having to refund his money.   Especially if you are convinced it is real.  I would do a PSA quick opinion, just to cover yourself.

Yes that's dead right as I said he wants it all ways did thing it is against the law in uk to sell a autograph that you think is fake whether it is or not Do I contact. Ebay or email seller again and tell him there will be no refund based on him listing the item IHe paid 350 pounds for it and if it makes more than he will be more than happy to sell it on. Can't be right for the people bidding on it or me

Think I'd tell him no.

You are 100 percent right William. Another reason i have come to hate ebay. You see negatives left all the time on people. I only ever received two i believe. One was by a psychopath that tried to still my Mantle ball after demanding a refund for late shipping (took 3 days), and the other was a negative, and on the reason, he left "good ebay seller".

I couldnt believe it, i called ebay and demanded they change it, as either the buyer didnt realize they chose negative, or they were just being a you know what. Ebay wouldnt change a thing. They are disgusting. No option for the seller to leave negative feedback or defend himself?? Its crazy. Just nuts

Hi didn't do the sell on ebay. Done it on paypal he contacted me in my ebay messages Does that make any difference to me or him.
