Great...thanks for posting that! Can you post their link to eBay's autograph policy page so we can see if it's changed?

These are two links in their A-Z index of policies.
Thanks, John
I was just talking to a friend and he thinks, a lot of it has to do with Panini and it's lawsuit against an eBay seller, over the selling of bogus and fraudulent items. That's all I know.
be interesting to see if they respond to reported items. This is likely a CYA memo, but you never know. Considering Ebay is immune from being sued (so I have been told) I doubt they are serious about this.
This has been a pop up message on eBay for probably two years now - I get it when I list items with specific keywords or in specific categories. It’s nothing new and I haven’t seen any additional measures taken by eBay to fight forgeries.
thanks Mike. As usual, ebay is "full of sound and fury, signifying nothing". Let the forgeries flow, and the money follow.
Hey John, the part where eBay tells collectors to be careful about authenticity before they buy is missing. You must have cropped it weird.
Sorry about that Steve. I did a snapshot. I did it on the fly.
That’s OK. It must be there somewhere. I’ll look for it.
Ahhh...this is only for sellers. Buyer's get a different warning: None at all.
With all the sellers on here, it's a wonder it didn't come up in conversation much sooner.
