Ebay Seller: skylinesignatues LEGIT OR NOT?

There are many i'm not familiar with but I do have multiple DeNiro autographs and this just looks way off from anything i've ever seen in my life.  Can someone else browse their offerings and let me know what you think?

Someone seems to have purchased the Robert De Niro autograph in spite of its being sloppy.  They must have really liked the photo.  I have been waiting patiently for one that I am satisfied with.  His signing habits have degraded to the point of being ridiculous, so I will probably be waiting for a very long time.
