Elvis Autograph Help

Good afternoon,

For my 45th birthday my business partner surprised me with an Elvis autograph as he knew this was the one I've been after for many years. He purchased it overseas and it was authenticated by Andrew Hearn who is the Editor of the UK's largest Elvis Fan club and Publication. From my years traveling to Memphis and time on the Elvis forums I have always understood he has a really good reputation in that world.

The seller of the piece gave my business partner a 90 day unconditional guarantee that expires in August.

JSA came to town over the weekend, I've submitted many items to them over the years but never been to live event where they authenticate there. I had (wrongly) assumed I would get an answer that day, but unfortunately due to the volume it would take 8 weeks to receive the letter (way past the refund period).

After reading through the forum it seemed that Roger Epperson was the go-to on Elvis and happened to be the Chief Music Authenticator for JSA. I emailed my issue to him and paid an additional $15.00 to inquire if he any way to give me an opinion. I emailed both email address on his site and both bounced back, I tried to call and his VM is full.

I am curious if any of the forum members know how to reach him and/or might be able to help me with this issue.

Hello Michael,

I also had problems recently when trying to reach Roger Epperson (see my discussion here: https://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/what-happened-to-ro...).

He seems to have technical problems every once a while.

Finally, I was successful via rogerssd@ix.netcom.com

Try it again with this e-mail address! I wish you good luck - especially for a positive answer regarding your autograph). You could also post a photo of it here - I am sure many Elvis fans would be interested to see it and possibly give their opinion.

I used Roger’s quick opinion for two Eric Claptons I will sell and he returned my mails in just a couple of hours.

yes post your Elvis on this webiste Michael. Don is one of the members who is really good on Elvis. He had a lovely Elvis he sold a while back
