Hello guys, so this is up for sale for £3,500. ($5,200). I really love it, can I have people's opinions? It seems to be from a reputable dealer, fairly well known. Authentic? Or not?

Looks good, looks like a 50's signature imo

Yeah it does look good, £3,500 is a big commitment. So I need to make sure I'm getting my money's worth

Any background on this?  Im not 100% sure.  I would ask Roger for his opinion.  Whats another 15.00 when you are about to spend thousands.

Isn't this a bit overpriced?
I agree with Steve Viola. I'd get Roger's opinion on it before you buy. I don't think it is genuine, though.

I don't like it either.

Steve, thank you for your opinion. Much appreciated. I will stay away from it, if everyone believes its unauthentic. I have two items signed by Elvis at home, both with a signed COA from Roger. I have only ever trusted Roger with Elvis.

I Have just aquired this item and pick it up tonight, signed twice by Elvis, on both sides of the card, and once by his Sun Band members, Scotty, Bill, & D.J additionally signed by other famous individuals.

Hi Guys,

I really do respect your opinions on this item, if I can & may ask you, can you please let me know why you don't like this autograph, PLEASE remember, we. ESP ME, are always learning, and I don't claim to be an expert, like some of you good guys out their, but, I have enjoyed over the years of studying and looking at this great mans signature, and would welcome some further knowledge THANK YOU guys, for your time, and, very informative replies,

Hi - I am no expert, just a fan who has seen a lot of Elvis autographs over the last decade or so.  This one reminds me of the many fakes that came out of Europe some years back.  The E overlapping the l in Elvis, and the way the Pre looks a bit unnaturally written.  Again, no expert, just an observation.  For that price, I would be cautious.  The seller should provide more info on it.  Even if he is reputable, those fakes fooled a lot of people including R&R!  There are good Elvis people on this site.  Steve C & terrior8HOF have seen many.  Perhaps more opinions will come forth.  I'd still ask Roger.

Fair comment on the value, that's for sure, esp, as its not easy to see the signature as well, my instinct thinks it was signed in 1957, 58, Elvis was changing his signature quite a lot, during 56 to 58 now for speed, Regarding the "E" I have seen it many times over lapping the "L", I have to say The "P" "L" in Presley is spot on. Imo esp the "P" this has all the correct traits in regard to the ink imperfections, the size, also, I like the Angle of the signature, now regarding the letters "RES" this was also very common. Lastly, when laying out this kind of money, I agree, ask an expert like Roger or Rich Consola, Thanks Steve for your feedback, also, have a good Easter weekend bud, what's left of it.

Thanks same!
