Comes with a uacc certificate of authenticity from autographs ink ??
What are autographs ink like are they reputable?

I don't know anything about Autographs Ink, but check the UACC Registered Dealer list for starters. If they're an RD they have to offer a lifetime guarantee to the original purchaser. The seller may not realize it's questionable.
