A friend has this for sale and states they got it in person.

Not the clearest - sharpest of photos but...

I think this certainly merits further investigation

Like others I am not one hundred per cent sold on this

But there is lots of meat on the bone here & lots to like

I'd like to see it in the flesh & hear the back story too

Got a better than decent shot at being real IMO

the lady selling the autograph is my sister's friend and is claiming to be the little girl in the photo above the autograph with her brother. That's the history on it if that helps?

I'm obviously interested in purchasing it from her if the autograph is genuine...

glad to hear. The signature on its own merit looks great, but I always had trouble differentiating the Hans B forgeries from some authentic versions. Just trying to be cautious.
