it has some positives, could be good but there are also a lot of good forgeries out there.

I kind of lean toward no.

If its real its beautiful on the wine menu, I love that portrait.

Greg...

IMHO it is a forgery.

Many telltale signs that do not match known authentic published exemplars

of Elvis's signature.

All the best...

The E and both L's especially seem off to me. But what concerns me even more is that I think this signature style is more 60s and the outfit he's wearing looks 70s. Does that ring with anyone else?

not authentic in my opinion,

one big give away is that with this style of elvis autograph, the "s" in elvis loops into a "p" in presley, where as on the autograph the "S" and "p" are written seperate.

as steve said the elvis suit is wrong generation for that style.

my dad is like an elvis stalker, big fan, has massive collection, etc been brought up around elvis so ive seen alot of his stuff in my time and yours to me looks like someone has had a decent try.

i could be wrong, but im 95% sure its not authentic and if it is, fair play to you , enjoy it

Nice job spotting the "sP" not connecting!  you have a very good eye.

im currently getting a degree in forensic document analysis, and i mean for real not like the likes of drew max etc.

its something i really enjoy and interests me.

so when a forensic analysis is done properly, you know you will have a piece that is authentic or not, its a shame that the likes of drew max etc are so bad at there jobs or just con men  and give real forensics a bad name.

I did not even have to use a magnifying glass to spot that either  lmao.

You really need to have the "God given ability" too to be able to remember the shapes of signatures too.  I have an incredible memory for things like that.  I can remember when and where I have seen items before even if 20 years have passed.  The remembering makes things so much easier when comparing signatures too.

Memory is HUGE.

Roger Epperson--the Rush Limbaugh of rock.

"Talent on loan from God."

I don't get it, but I doubt a comparison to Rush Limbaugh is positive!
