I don't like either of them.
My understanding of Elvis' signature is that the "l" is always higher than the "E"....the first one is not.....
Thank you guys. The person showed me an email where they had asked Juliens auction for an estimate and it seemed they were interested in them. I guess that's not a good indication after some of the past items.
Thanks for the help and I guess I should avoid these
I don't care for the first example but I have no issues with the second one...
Don how much do you feel the 2nd one would be worth?
I'd say 800 to a thousand dollars would be a fair price...that is of course assuming that it's genuine...
As I stated earlier....I have no issues with it...
Don,
Some of your posts are coming through with a lot of extra blank lines, which can be confusing...on cell phones especially. There's no need to add extra lines between paragraphs, since they already get space.
I removed the lines from your last couple of posts here.
Thanks
They both look done on the same exact type of paper just one in felt tip pen and the other in ballpoint pen. I don't like either of them.
Gio....do you think the second one is ball point pen ??
I thought it was pencil...!?
Don, hard to say from the lighting but I think if it was in pencil it would be thicker.
I get what you're saying and you're right Gio...it's not the best image to determine pen or pencil...
The only thing I will say is that ball point pen often will leave minute "blobs" of ink....little spots if you will throughout the signature...often at the high point or low point of the lettering.... and I just don't see anything like that here...
