They do have a never ending supply of Johannson's. Makes me very leery. They all seem to have the same unique S to start them off. None like I ever got. Just my two cents.

That's actually the first time I'd heard that accusation about Jason. Could you elaborate? I thought he'd always always sold his material as 100% in-person (i.e. he got it himself), and the consensus I've always seen on him has been especially positive.

Can I ask Rich, have you ever purchased a graph from Jason Thanos ? Very few collectors are in fact 100% in person collectors, he was in a British newspaper and a morning TV program admitting he uses 3 or 4 people when out collecting, he has always based his profile on as you say selling in person collected autographs only, and when you say I'm an in person collector and sell in person autographs only, are you trying to fool the buyer, why not just tell the truth?

I've purchased a couple from him.  Like I said, it had been my understanding that he only sold stuff he saw signed in person, and I'm almost certain that's how he'd always portrayed himself. 

Do you happen to have the copy of the article or the video of the interview? This really is news to me.

I belivie you can find the interview on you tube "Jason Thanos on ITV" let's just understand one thing here Rich, I have never heard of Thanos selling a bad autograph, but has avoided the truth on how he obtains them is misleading to the buyer such as Pedro.

I think I might have even started a thread on "what does in-person actually mean?" The term seems to have a pretty liberal use.  I've seen some reputable sellers depicting things I know they didn't get themselves as "in-person" - i.e. I'd seen it for sale before it got to their store.  

Seems like some sellers use it really loosely, basically as a term for "not through the mail."

Tony please watch the program again. I did not say I use 3 or 4 people to obtain my items . It said clearly that we graff as a team which correct it says one person gathers info one is a driver etc.. Not getting into an argument but just clarifying the misinformation you have given above.

It's common and accepted for "in-person" dealers have a crew of trusted collectors who get autographs in-person for them.

I was just send this so as always I will elaborate. Yes I was in the papers and yes I was on national TV . But some of the information above is so wrong . If you watch the program it says we work as a team not a team works for me . This means 3 or 4 top hounds graff together . Also before anyone jumps the gun a lot of things get told in papers and TV that are just bubbled up to sell so some things that where said where just that like I spend 36.000 and stay in 5 star hotels etc . Anyway in regards to if I use anyone or not yes I have one guy that works with me always . But nothing changes from the fact that it is IN Person . Me and my guy obtain the items IN PERSON I believe the non in person are the ones that are bought of random sites etc . Anyway I can see that some one most likely does not favour your comment s Rich . Interesting enough it's the nature of the game as we all know . One thing I will say and this is a fact and anyone is welcomed to prove me wrong I have never ever had a single item either returned or deemed fake . I believe this says enough about my name and integrity .

Also many people respect and am sure there are many that don't but like I said its once again the nature of the game .

In regards to I talk the talk or what ever that is . FACT I have done and do festival Rome , Toronto , Cannes , Hong Kong , Shanghai , Pussan & London . I have done trips to LA and countless private singings I am very active I still do all the premiers that i really want to do as I done avengers , game of thrones etc .

I have said it many times before I don't just go out to get any Tom dick and Harry this is not what I do and never will do .

I hope this is what you wanted to hear .

Im looking for the emma stone autograph for my son's birthday, and many sites including ebay have some that people think are real

Sorry this is off topic a little, There must be some money in it then Jason doing all the festivals and running a great business with a team.
