These are all my favorites. I listen to nothing else, hardly. Any and all comments welcome. I have tried to stick to the "list" I have posted here about quality.

All completed now Eric?

Yes, Paul. I can't do better on my budget. There is Hendrix...but these are my favs, seen them all many, many times. Partied with some. I really don't listen to anything else. Upgrades only, and they might be far between.

Some extra Bowie's...click to see full images.

1976 index card, steel tipped pen, blue ink, "The Thin White Duke"

1980 Elephant Man still, black tip, Broadway, NYC

1995 First solo art showing, Chertavian Gallery, Cort Street London, 1000 printed, very few signed and most, unlike this example, with a fugitive pen. The artwork shown. "Conflict", the print, was his favorite. I am very proud to have this item and the 1995 self portrait "Deadhead" - cover for Outside.

All - singer, actor, artist.

Nice collection.
Its cool if you see s band to have their graphs.

Thanks Paul,

That means a lot to me. I know you know your rock. The best I ever saw...Bowie's 50th birthday concert, Bowie Ballroom Tour Sept 1996 1st row Roseland, Pumpkins 53rd street first row, Radiohead Live at the 10 Spot (I'm in the video)...lighting booth Radiohead 8.16.96 Jones Beach - so smokey! Waters..Neil Young, Beck...got a time machine? Yoko also...met her and had nice chat about Sean and John but no graph.

Here is an original and unique 35mm slide taken in April 1978 - I have the exact date but don't recall it. It is date-stamped April ?, 1978. He looks strong here if not perfectly focused. From his clothes, those leather pants, that Japanese silk shirt and his pose and angle of attack, he is singing "Heroes I believe. The ticket stub is from the closing night of the the Stage Tour, ISOLAR II, May 9th, Madison Square Garden.

And the Pumpkins signing my CD.

Now, the question is - can I live with one Bowie? The 2010 (who has dated 2010?) triple gatefold CD, with CD's and booklet all mint, ought to please anyone - it has most of my fav songs and a fine sig...his biggest and last tour...I saw it just before it ended from heart issues. Maybe 7 shows before. I have this one per artist rule. But I have Bowie 4 decades, one each signing style, singer, actor, painter etc. And he is my fav - I never saw anything else lie him live, several times, and I have seen. Believe me. What to do? Place priority on vintage? The '76 index card simply not hold its own with the rest of the collection, even with a vintage still. The item - take the sig away and you have a blank card, not an official product. That is on my 'list" posted here under "Qualities of an autograph". This is important. And I know vintage Bowie's are sought. What do you think?

Eric

Hello again,

Please!!!! - Opinions either way are welcome. What is weak? Is that 1976 Bowie not genuine to you? Why? Is the Talking Heads LP sleeve weak? Elephant Man poor overall? Anderson just...cheap? Pumpkins common? Gilmour poor or nice with that dedication in black and not blue on the usual cover? Bowie 2010 "rushed" or normal sig? Smudge fatal? Does it even matter? Yorke strong or? All responses welcome.

Eric

Sounds like you are already doing the critiquing yourself! You've answered your questions. I think they are all quite nice and it depends on your satisfaction level .Theres always room for improvement though. That Bowie is really nice. I find it more fascinating that that's all you listen to!
