Hey Rob..can't think of too many times (any in fact) that Elvis signed his first name only...it was first and last when signing autographs...
I would add though that when writing notes or directives/instructions to friends/staff he would often sign his initials (E.P.)
Sorry to say the item you have posted can't be considered genuine...
