Experts please!

This river is on eBay and I'm 50/50. It does look how one did that sold on Robert Saunders. Any experts care to weigh in or who can I ask? I'll post the Saunders one underneath for comparison.

This sellers Richard Burton signed cut is bogus. Vivien Leigh as well.
