Flea Market Find. Real or Fake

I was at the Sunday Flea Market yesterday. I came across a Charleston Heston signed Ben-Hur Book and 2 Brian Wilson autographs. It looks authentic  to me. What do you think??
Seller was asking $250 for the Heston and $150 for both the Brian Wilson autographs.

Charlton Heston is REAL!....not his secretarial which makes up 95% of his autographs out there.
