This happens all the time.

I sold a Cam Newton signed JSA football for $100 and immediately after payment was made, the "buyer" had relisted the item and used the exact same pictures I had up.

I do it all the time. Don't really see the problem in it.
Also buy 2 of something if the price is right. 1 to keep 1 to sell and then sell for the price that you brought both for meaning you actually got it for free.
What's the problem with this. I think its smart.

That is true.
I personally don't do that for eBay items but if I buy from an auction house I may list as soon as I know its posted for a 10 day listing auction to giv it time to arrive, or set it up so as soon as it arrives I can list by the click of a button.

And I often use auction house photos as they are much better quality then me taking the pictures.

I do the same, but I don't list until I actually receive the item. What happens if by chance you don't get it?

Nothing wrong with flipping
It's listing the item before you have it and using the same pics I think is wrong

Haha I understand everyone's concern in this fair debate and it seems like I lost.

I will never again flip before I have the item in my possession. But would still like to use auction house photos. They look much better then me placing the jersey on my bed to try and take photos :)

I don't have a problem with flipping. I do it, and I'm pretty sure many others on this site do too. Might as well make some extra dough that can be used to buy more for your collection :).

However, I do have a problem with this guy listing the ball before it got there and using my pictures. Is it that hard to wait a couple days(two day priority mail delivery)? As William was saying, what if the ball arrived popped or the auto had been smudged due to improper packaging or handling(I bubble wrap everything, even top loaders with pics in them, so it would have to be some extreme handling)?

My brother in law flipped a photo last year before he received it and sold it for about $300 more than he paid. Sadly the photo got damaged in transit by DHL and he had to refund the money and got a negative feedback. He's done it many other times with no issue but it can be risky.

I once purchased an item on eBay that wasn't as described from an overseas seller. The seller agreed to a return and immediately relisted the item. A buyer in the U.S. then purchased it and listed it for sale on eBay the very same day. This all happened before I even had a chance to ship the item.
