Chris Morales shows up on a lot of lists saying that anything authenticated by him is not worth the paper it is printed on. If this is so why is he still allowed to? Why have the authorities not put him out of business, and the people that use his COA's. There seems to be no rules or regulations governing this. What can be done about this, if anything. Why hasn't the business cleaned itself up after the Bullpen sting? No one was charged? No one spent time in jail? These people continue to do business as usual? Are these people not committing a federal offense? Is this not fraud?

You have either scored a great gargain or got what you paid for.

u should post a clean/clear picture of it in this thread; http://live.autographmagazine.com/profiles/blog/show?id=3524372%3AB...

I'm sure it will generate significant interest to authentic or non-authentic.

please find uploaded pic of the Beatles V1 album

DB,

Ron either scored a great bargain or is the victim of theft by fraud. People think that these galleries in major hotels are safe to buy from: if the hotels have them as tenants for years, how could they be selling forgeries?

after what Ron just indicated as the vote of confidence he received on CLM that would seal the deal for me!  I'd be running as fast as I could...  He is right about one thing though that by the time they find AML they are usually out a dollar and a day and in this case it could just be 9 Thousand of 'em.   How many times do we hear around here that I bought with my heart rather than my head.... but it was a bargain!

Thanks, Ron. You have to ask, why would they sell something so far under market value and spend a fortune framing they way they did if they could get 5-10 times what they're asking for it (unframed) from another dealer or by consigning it to auction? Forum Shops at Caesars pay some of the highest rents per square foot in the world.

this is a pic of my album, not me

Ron, the signatures aren't big or clear enough to judge authenticity from. Would you mind taking a close up of the autographs? As a group would be fine.

Thanks,

Steve

if you click on the picture it opens up a larger view and then the magnifyer can enlarge to one more.

are u saying that's not large enough?

I did open it and the autographs are too fuzzy to give an opinion from. It's probably a cell phone camera.

This is from a digital camera, not a phone. Not an expensive digital camera..........but

I would like to oblige but I do not have it in my possession. I will contact my authenticator , and see if I could get a better photo.

Sorry to put you through that, Ron. Your authenticator needs at least 12-15 unquestionably authentic examples of each signature to compare with. You may want to ask him if he does, and his experience in Beatles.

You also may want to show him the Beatles Signed Abbey Road blog I pointed you to the other day. The examples of forgeries there may be very helpful to him.
