According to the seller it comes from Al Wittenbert (spelling?).

I'm having a hard time believing that. Al Wittnebertt knows Sinatra. He co-authored the UACC Frank Sinatra Signature Study with Bill White of RR Auction.

Plus it's signed on matting...right? Just downright strange.

Al's a member here. Why don't you post a link on his wall and ask him to join in?

The description in Swedish from the seller says that "it's written on a page from the tour programme". So It's not matted. But that does not help if it's not real....

I don't know if you are Swedish. But the Swedish site Tradera owned by e-bay, have alot of fakes and the control seems to be non existing. I personally don't know Sinatra, so I won't comment on this one. But for people that may be intrested, here is a translation of the Swedish text:

Very rare and guaranteed orginal, autograph from Frank Sinatra. Collected in person by myself, after meeting Mr Sinatra backstage in Scandinavium arena Gothenburg in 1989. The COA is from one of USA's foremost experts, Al Wittnebert, who have written several book and articles concerning authenticity of autographs from Elvis, Marlon Brando, Humphrey Bogart, Kennedy etc.
