Frank Sinatra autographed 78.

Hello, I recently found this and I am wondering if this signature on this 78 is authentic. I know there were a few of these out there. But, I don't know if they were signed by Frank, himself sometime in the late 40's it looks like, or if it's a secretarial signature.

Scan is too small although it may have a shot of being good.
