Frank Zappa \\\ is it Legit and what do you think it's worth?

Here's a Zappa from a private collector that I'm reasonably sure is Legit but would like some more inputs from this panel of fine folks.

Also.... How would you rate this piece and what would you consider a fair price?

It is hard to tell from the scan, but that never looked like any Zappa autographs that I used to own.
