I Have the opportunity to purchase  handwritten lyrics by Freddie Mercury. My question is price range. Thanks.

Two separate pages of blue Elektra Records stationery containing the original handwritten lyrics to ‘Brighton Rock’ penned by Freddie Mercury in blue ballpoint. The two manuscript pages measure 218 x 145mm each. Freddie has drawn several sketches on both pages, the most elaborate of which appear on the second page with intricate designs including an ornate crown, and the profile of a regal figure within butterfly wings, reminiscent of Freddie’s design work on the Queen logo. Elektra Records was Queen's American record company, suggesting that Freddie penned this version whilst still on tour in the USA in early 1974. Mercury has made a few edits and changes throughout.

These lyrics come directly from Freddie Mercury’s estate via Mary Austin

Comes with a full letter of authenticity from Tracks, Ltd.

Sounds like they came from the Sotheby’s sale a few years back. Fully written with sketches from the Austin estate and tracks backed, I'd expect to pay at least 10K probably more.

Thanks Innuendo!

Nice item, interesting.

Personally I would prefer lyrics from a song Freddie wrote himself.  It’s noted that Freddie often had difficulty understanding Brian’s handwriting (see fan club magazines and you’ll see why) and would copy them to use as his vocal guide for singing.

Agree with Innuendo’s valuation.
