Could somebody tell me if this is real or not?

It comes with a CAO from a website called rare and signed

I’m a bit skeptical of signed items if I haven’t gotten them signed in person personally

Just explained that rare and find forge a load of signatures and that he can search them up on Google and see for himself

rare and signed even said they didn’t want to buy it so just shows they know it’s fake haha

even though they said it’s real
