[Moderator Note: This member, who is not using his actual name (which is not required), apparently has never been an authenticator for Global, which he claimed to have once been. I decided to stroll through ebay and look at some autograph certified by the new Global Authentication.  I don't know of any one single autograph collector that actually looks as a Global COA as worth anything.  As a matter of fact, if I am looking at a higher end piece with a Global COA I double study it because I question the fact of why the seller would send it to Global instead of a real authenticator.

Here are a few forgeries with a Global COA.  I know Steve Sipe is a member on this board and if this post gets me kicked off of here, than so be it.  I am just about sick and tired of Global aiding these criminal forgers by giving them a pretty sicker and cert. to go along with their forgery.   If you guys want to be treated like real authenticators, how about act like it.

Forger #1 ( listed on ebay for nearly 1000 dollars )  Make no mistake.  This is a forgery.

What is even more confusing about this particular situation is you also authenticated this REAL TOM BRADY JERSEY BELOW.  How can you authenticate the real autograph shown below and also say this obvious forgery is real?

Rick, Georgia, (as most states) has online access to verify that someone has a medical license, it is called the Georgia Composite Medical Board. You just have to have a license, not be board certified. If you have someone's last name and they have a clear license they should be listed.

Wascher, Charles could be a PhD (still called "doctor") and practice psychology in Atlanta. He would not be listed on the medical website because the licensing for that is different.

Correct. I failed to specifically mention psychologists.

http://statutes.laws.com/georgia/title-43/chapter-39/43-39-8   GA law states to practice psychology, you need to be licensed  (there is a short period after obtaining his PhD he might not have been licensed -if he hadn't fulfilled all the requirements needed for his licensing yet ... but then he can not practice unless he is under direct supervision of another licensed Psychologist).

I doubt very much this would involve talking to people on a Yahoo forum and diagnosing them from a few sentences they've typed out. There is also a lot more to this, but this is more than I cared to go into honestly.

All this is eye opening but doesn't change the fact that the items that he posted were spot on. Guy still has a better authenticating eye then GA has.

Steve Sipe should investigate who issued authenticity cards with his name on them for the garbage that was posted rather then calling an old bookkeeper who failed to keep the books straight in the first place. Really makes no difference who the original poster is. GA will do anything to deflect from the topic of this thread.

Well that was great investigative work Steve and Wascher. Their is something funny going on their for sure. But until i see otherwise, i just find a hard time believing the story that Charles never worked for GA.  Just like GA saying that that other guy was never a GA employee or on the certs, and Rick posted clear evidence that was incorrect. So i really dont believe a word of it.

It just makes no sense that Charles would come here and state that hew worked at GAI as an authenticator for one time in sports. For one, Charles obviously did have alot of sports knowledge and was correct on the items he posted. Charles also didnt immediately come on this site ragging on GA or GAI. Infact, as i remember he made threads questioning PSA, which actually got me suspicious at first that it was just a cronie from ANL going after PSA and JSA again. But that wasnt the case. As Charles posted further, i saw him question many authentication companies with valid examples. Nor did he state he was a former GAI employee until this thread.

So based on that i dont see much room here for a big lie, although its possible. Giving medical advice on this site is a bad idea, and i fully agree with that, and Charles may or may not be a doctor. But honestly, i dont see how that relates much here. as Carl Ryan is not my real full name, and alot of members here dont go by their real name. So if this was a lie, and Sipe is correct, that this is a guy coming here lying to hurt his rep, which is something that Charles couldnt really do, as that damage has been done.

But if i was going to lie about working for GAI, i would first know that if i came onto a forum and admitted that, that more than likely my cred would be shot from the beginning. People would think i was one of the GAI authenticators who certed all the forgeries. So that would actually hurt my credibility. Also, if i wanted to go after a company, i certainly wouldnt beat around the bush, i would do what everyone on here does who is like that, they come, make their thread, argue and then leave or are banned. Charles not only didnt do that, but he made many threads, most not about GA. Also, if Charles didnt have the GAI knowledge he says, then i would think Sipe could go after him for slander, as Charles didnt beat around the bush with his feelings. Also, if Charles was going to make up stories on GA, then he certainly has a small imagination or has the poorest planning in history. What he stated was that when he worked for GAI (not GA, so this statement doesnt affect GA really at all, so no reason to lie), they were told to cert anything close. Everyone already knows GAI was bad, and it is my understanding that Sipe knows the same thing and thats why he took over the company from baker. Charles made strong statements against Sipe, but they were all personal opinions. Other than stating this one thing about GAI, and stating that he was sure GA continued in the same line, nothing was really said of any shock value. So why would Charles come here, make many threads, than state that he used to work for GAI and then make a statement about them that everyone already knew??? It just makes no sense to me.

I really dont know anything about keeping W2's for 7 years, as if thats the case, then im in trouble, b/c while they may be in my attic, or stored somewhere, i wouldnt even know where to start to get ahold of them. Any bad statements towards Steve Cyrkin i disagree with completely. STeve is a credit to this hobby and busts his butt to help collectors out. But someone stated that from this point on if anyone defends Charles they are enemies of the site, or something of that nature. Which is an absurd statement. Why should that be? If i still believe that Charles worked for GA until i see otherwise, then how does that translate to anyone being a discredit towards these boards? Now if i was supporting busting STeve C's chops, then thats one thing. But even if Charles didnt work for GA he still posted a ton of good info, but i do believe he worked for GAI, as that would be the stupidest lie of all time. And i hope Charles is more intelligent than that, and he seems to be. I may be wrong, but just b/c i dont share the opinion of one member of the site, makes me and anyone else far far far from being anything associated with a discrediit to this site.

At this point, im not going to spend time talking about it anymore, b/c it really doesnt matter at all who or what Charles did. He exposed forgeries and most of his statements were spot on. If he proves he worked for GA then great, if not then great too. Its a mute point really, as the forgeries exposed have no good explanation for certification, that we know for sure..
