Keep getting an error message "Your order cannot be processed this time". 😕

I hadn’t ordered from them in a really long time and never had an account when I used to order. 

When I went to check out on this one, it wanted me to do an email verification even for guest checkout (would not let me check out until email was verified). I couldn’t get the verification emails to come through on my normal email account, but they did go through to a Gmail one. 

Anyway, if you’ve never verified your email with them, that could be the issue? Tried to check out multiple times - sometimes it gave me a message stating that, and sometimes it was a general error. Eventually worked after the email verification.

I don't think that's the issue, as my email is labelled as confirmed in my profile.

Support only sent an auto reply, stating that they don't work in the weekend.

Ah ok…yeah, once mine showed as confirmed, everything went through. Lol about that auto-reply, sounds about right…I spent like 45 minutes trying to place my order and was thinking wow, they’ve managed to make the experience even worse lol…
