Geeez,,where is that thread that(dare say) Roger questioned a Frank autogrtaph...

I saw it a year or two back.

Can some one point me to it now,......

He seemed to ....well don't know.

I am getting ready to sue Frank C because he has in essence stolen 30K from me.

Meaning thirty thousand dollars.

He sold it...and I haven't gotten paid.....

Pieces I have consigned with him.

It say's sold.....on his website....yet.....well.....

and it has gone on for years............................................................

This is a serious question..............................

I’ve been out for a few hours. Just catching up. 

Tommy, I’m very happy to hear that you and Frank talked and things are figured out. Hopefully Frank will leave AOL and use something reliable like Gmail.

There are so many issues with that ancient system. I’m surprised they still offer it. My mom is 87 and she left AOL back in her 70s. 

I respect and understand different opinions, but if a collector has a problem like yours and needs help or wants to alert others, that’s one of the reasons Autograph Live is here. Even if the situation involves someone like Frank, who we all owe a debt of gratitude to for making Beatles autograph collecting as safe as it is today.

I have talked to him on the phone....

and have dealt with him over the years....

This - in essence - was a bad book keeping error.

 I remain 100 percent in his corner...in terms of the quality of his work.

In terms of authentication. Nobody does it better.

My case was just a perfect storm of outdated technology catching up.

Nothing more....

And to be more clear Steve...

I was in an e-mail chain with him starting back in 2005.

And so much has changed since then.

And it appears that was the Rub.

The internet and technology is constantly changing......

And it is all you can do to keep up.

And in this case it didn't. But you live and learn.
