Gene Kelly Real of Fake?

A friend asked me if this signature of Gene Kelly was Real or Fake. It has a Shop at Home COA, which make me think it maybe a Fake. Just needing an opinion.

I hate to say it but in my opinion, it is definitely not Gene Kelly's autograph.
