I looked at the cover and compared it to some other mint examples - is that a sale sticker removal stain upper right?

Hi Nicky, I just caught the last bit - is this really worth $300? I thought he was perhaps $140 or so with papers? I mean no offense, I'm just asking. I saw it sit unsold for $350 for a very long time. Does that sticker-gum remnant upper right affect value?
