George Best signed book

Hi. I would be very grateful to see what other members think of this signed George Best book for sale (pictured below). Is it genuine? I paid for a PSA Quick Opinion which came back as 'likely genuine'.

The seller is a  registered charity on ebay.

I would say no but its close the best don't look right to me
