George Harrison and Bob Dylan Autograph's on one 8x10; Are they real?

I'd like to get opinions on a signed picture of George Harrison & Bob Dylan.  Got a COA for both autograph's on the one picture, but it was a long time ago.   I would assume that the COA proves it's genuine, but you never know...   I'm now retired and looking to part with many of the items I have so I joined this site since many of the items do not have COA's.   Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Agreed. Submitting this for authentication would be throwing good money after bad.
