George Harrison "Signed?" Record Award - Real or a Pre-Print?

Never seen one before -- signed on the actual LP -- but not sure if these were all pre-prints or if this is a one of a kind?

I did find out that this is a pre-printed signature.  Anyone know what it's worth?
