Seems to me that its a fake. The captain stars do match the supposed Superbowl number (it is claimed to be a Superbowl jersey), the super bowl patch appears to have been added by the looks of the poor stitch job. The authenticator has  misspelled name of a novel authenticator "Premier Collectables, Minneapolis, MN"   rather than "Premiere Collectables "of Minneapolis, MN (who appears to only be involved in novels by their website). There is no hologram matching the COA to the jersey.  The signature itself looks to have three pauses with the pen on the "y" and the "t". There looks to be similarities to another Manning autograph that I have, but I am definitely no expert and am looking for some advice/opinions. I may be over evaluating, i don't know. Would it be worth my money to send it to a third party authenticator?

Good observation.  The "y" is completely off.

Here are two more jerseys for sale by the same "authenticator". They are all from the same area around Indianapolis. My was bought there and then shipped to me. I have contacted one of the sellers and ask for a phone number to the business for some questions, they said all they had was a "yahoo" email address. Someone is obviously counterfeiting.
