Hard to see Ringo

Is it real? It doesn't look like any Ringo I've seen but I'm new to Beatles stuff.  If it's real maybe I can get it for cheap. It's pretty hard to see.

It definitely doesn’t look real to me. It says in the description that it’s also signed by George.
