Hello everyone,iv been offered these signed 2004 star wars carded figures for my collection for a recognised UK collector who specialises in in person signatures and photo opportunities mainly attending comic cons around Europe and the states over 20 plus years.Just want your opinions as they have been offered at around $350 for the pair.Ian
I don't think its fair to start a witch hunt as to be fair to the vendor these examples offered to me where supposed to have been purchased through events organiser's so its not for me to say that the vendor unwittingly knew or didn't know these examples are not real. The vendor to be fair has come on this site to ask for as much help with other event organised service signed items.Let's be kind before we stick her on a cross!.
The original post was about a seller who is using their "in-person" reputation to sell items. Those items are obviously not real, their reputation is certainly not legit. How many other items have they sold as "in-person" that they bought from someone else?
It is not a witch hunt when we request the truth about a seller's misinformation.
I would not want any of those items in my collection. Did they all originate from the same source? The autographs all appear to have very similar characteristics.
