It could be a sloppy in-person autograph that was acquired on the street.  It has a few typical characteristics, and therefore may pass a TPA.

Thank you Sir, the story is that the signature was obtained in person at a restaurant in Morristown, TN which the person's daughter was a waitress. She waited on Ford for Breakfast and dinner the same day and I saw pictures of her taken with Ford at the restaurant.

Anyway, Ford's wife's parents are retired and live in Morristown and he was in town visiting. I've heard that Ford owns a home there as well. But I'm not an expert and wanted opinions before I bought it. I appreciate your time.
