Harry Truman White House Letter

I have this Harry Truman White House letter. It's on official watermarked White House paper. However, the content is extraordinary and the ink of the signature possibly too pristine. I haven't found any others like it and I'd love it to be original, but it's probably too good to be true. Can anyone confirm if this is a copy?

While I can't confirm for certain that it's a copy, the Truman signature certainly looks like some sort of mass-produced signature.

I think it is likely an authentic letter and in my opinion the signature is also authentic.
