Has anyone heard of PADA dealers “Autograph Heaven”, Cherry Hill, NJ?

What is going on with this? Why is it glazed? Doesn't that decrease the value of the autograph?

There is no PADA dealer named Autograph Heaven. Check their dealer directory: http://www.padaweb.org/members_listing.php

Glazing won't decrease the value of THAT autograph. It's fake.
