Looks like a double-barrelled surname, if that's any help.
Probably a not-so-famous silent-screen or early talkies actress of which there were many - captured upon publicity postcards
I would suggest you start your research (if no further info forthcoming here) with the publisher of the card. I can't make it out from your image (bottom right). There may well be a web-site devoted to identifying or listing these cards - there's at least one very good site for "Verlag Ross", e.g.
