Help! Are this Waters/ Mason Hand signatures?

Another PSA/DNA lot that im not to sure about, but i would love to have your opinion on them, what do you guys think

That Mason appears so rushed and with the sticker on the front I'd avoid. Here is a vintage Waters I have on eBay:
