HELP IDENTIFYING UNKNOWN BASEBALL PLAYER AUTOGRAPH ON TWO DIFFERENT BASEBALLS

See the "Commemorative" balls in question below.   One is from the Marlins 2003 World Series, the other from the 2004 MLB 75th Anniversary ALL STAR GAME.  Both signatures appear to be from the same player, possibly Chad Fox. That's assuming the squiggle (looks like a 3) at the end of both signatures is not a 3 and is part of the signature.  He did pitch for the Marlins in 2003, although he was not on the 2004 All Star team.  Any thoughts/opinions would be appreciated.  By the way these were both purchased at a local flea market at the same time for a nominal sum.  They were just in a bin with a bunch of used balls. Thanks for looking.  Any opinions would be appreciated.
