I feel pretty comfortable with its authencity but need your thoughts also.

According to the seller its from 1969.

Here are other autographs from 1969, the way he wrote that way in the end seems the same.

this one definitely looks like it was signed by the same hand as the one in your post. it just still looks a little funky to me, especially the "ley"  and the bottom of the "P' looks disproportionate when compared to the top.

Terrier has it right.  I do not believe this to be authentic.  It starts off right then turns to a mess.
