Heroes and Legends are good ?

I can buy an autograph with a coa from Heroes and Legends.

They are legit ?

Every time I do a search on Google images for exemplars of a particular autograph and images of past auction items from Heroes And Legends pop up, I get very mad.  His junk never quite looks right...but it's obviously out there polluting the hobby.  I've often wondered why something can't be done about it.
