I posted one a few hours ago with a group of vintage baseball items.  This one looks drawn slowly to me.

Maybe someone with more expertise than mine will chime in for a more definitive response.

You're right. Unless this can be documented as his last, or one of his last signatures, and the style is not in the range of his last few years, it looks way out of whack to me.
