Who is actually signing this book? The author is listed as DK.

DK is the publisher. It doesn't say who is signing   But limit 1 @ bn com. So decent odds is signed by Junji Ito 

If signed by Junji Ito, the cheapest sold auction on eBay for one of his signed books is in the neighborhood of $150 shipped. 

If not signed by him, it's is returnable.

The Booksamillion site states "Book will be signed by Junji Ito." 

It's probably a safe assumption that B&N book is also signed by Junji (hopefully not autopen).
