I decided to go to these games and try my luck with the Astros and did well.I got Jose Altuve on Sunday.Saturday I got Dallas Keuchel who should be the AL Cy Young winner and Carlos Correa who should be ROY and Altuve has a shot at winning another batting title. Also got Paul Goldschmidt.
Nice gets, Tony! I live in a suburb of KC. So tonight I'll be watching the WC game to see who my Royals will play. Both the Yankees and Astros hit a lot for power, so I'm hoping our starting pitching will be up for the task.
Wow, Tony. What a great series that was between the Royals and Astros. I think you're probably a D'backs fan. But either way, I'm not gloating. I thought my Royals were done for sure in Game 4, down 4 in the 8th inning. I think everyone in KC thought so too, just not the players, fortunately. Cueto had an incredible game tonight. He retired 19 straight Astros. That's the most consecutive retired batters by an AL pitcher in the postseason since Larsen's perfect game in 1956. We needed it because the Astros gave us all we could handle. The Astros are going to be really good for years to come. Great series. Now the Jays will be tough to handle. Hopefully we can get back to the WS.
