I managed to get Ex Chicago member Bill Champlin to send me a signed picture, unfortunately it turned up really mashed up in the post, but was a great Photo and sig.

Now I need to say what happened without it looking like I am after them to flog or something.

Tact I guess and maybe showing the damage?

I've had this happen a few times. I usually send a hand written note thanking them for taking the time to sign and return the photo and take a photo of the ruined photo and explain what happened and that it is not their fault and include a new photo.

To date each time I've received the new photo signed and returned and often they include an extra one of their own.

I don't have the return address Dan.

I think showing the photo and offering the postage cost is the way to go!

I would leave it alone.

It's sorted a replacement is on it's way, can't ask for anymore what a really nice person. ;)

That is good news Steve.

Sure is Mike. :)
