I don't have one, but I have seen them and have been to events where Steve was in attendance. He didn't like to sign because he felt that it implied ownership or that he was solely responsible for making Apple or a specific product. He was very tough about it, even for his own employees and co-workers.
As for value, I've seen authentic signatures go for thousands.. and if it's on an original Apple product or contract or anything Apple related, you can multiply that number by 2-5x.

Very rare, he did not like to sign at all. I remember seeing a video of a guy in a wheelchair asking him in an elevator and it still took him multiple inquiries to finally get him to sign. I've seen sigs of his around $3,000+....
It's also a fairly simple cursive "Steve" so be very weary of forgeries.
Thanks, Mike and Ryan for providing very interesting information about Mr. Jobs. I did not realize he was such a tough catch. I recently came across one of his sigs being offered on eBay for about $3000, but with no COA. I also found another offering of his and Woz on two separate Apple devices for $10,000. The word icon is used a lot, but I think he has earned that adjective.
