Hugh Hefner live or autopen

I picked this up with a couple of other Playboy swag that was owned by Stanley Paley. He was a writer and photographer of women from the 40-70s. Worked on a few projects with Hugh. I'm a hars time with this one. It's from 1960, this size was not for sale, probably a gift from Hugh. I can only find two other examples online. They are on different areas of the paper with some minute details. I can see one small pressure point. I love the piece regardless and has a good value on it's own. Thanks for the input.
