I purchased this TOM BRADY Autographed Jersey. The owner told me that it came from Antiquities in CA. I haven't received the COA yet. PSA quick opinion says it is likely not genuine. AMA quick opinion says that it is likely genuine.
I have conflicting reports now. Anyone have any opinions on this. I would really appreciate it.
Matt on Cape Cod.

Yes. He purported to have purchased a Jersey from Antiquities as the jersey had an antiquities hologram and cert. When I ran the numbers from the hologram it came back to an Ashley Tisdale photo. . . . .so he took the cert for the Tisdale photo and removed the holo and stuck it on a fake jersey. He then attached the cert card to the back of the frame.
I guess he assumed I would not run the numbers and just trust that the hologram on the jersey with numbers matching the hologram on the cert card were for a Tom Brady jersey.
Got my refund. The company was: CSD Sports framing out of Carrolton, TX. The ebay userid is csdsportsframing2009.

Anwyay, I got my Brady Jersey after all. I bought it directly from the Patriots!!!
I've heard of them before. A friend of mine was buying a Jordan/Pippen framed 16 x 20 from them. He contacted them from EBAY. They responded with their website. He had me look at the photo before he bought it. I didn't think it was legit. Place magically dropped price from $1,499 to $699 for him if he bought it that day and transaction done through website rather then EBAY. Write up said COA by major authentication company but didn't identify by whom. I called on it and they were not sure what company authenticated it and said the framing covered up the hologram. Told me they would look for the authentication it had been misplaced. I called back 2 hours later and they told me it was authenticated by GAI. I asked who signed the certification. The guy was very bothered by the questions but it was a Mike Baker certificate.
Very shaky company.
I don't buy autographs off EBAY. Just a tip though. When your looking at a seller like this goof. Pop open their feedback. Look not at what he sells but what he buys. If he buys autographs with plain COA's on EBAY like this guy is doing then you know he is just changing it to his COA, slaps a cheap frame on it and charges 5 times more then he paid. Undoubtedly his inventory is riddled with forgeries. He refunds those who catch on. Makes his money from those who don't.
Since you caught him taking holograms from cheap items(Tisdale photo) maybe $10-$15 tops and hologram ending up on big dollar item like a Brady jersey doesn't take rocket science to figure out. Bet a Brady jersey certed hologram sticker would never end up on a Tisdale photo. Bet if you searched his EBAY history back you might find that he bought that certed Tisdale photo since it was cheap so he could snag the hologram off of it. Just a thought. Its where I would start looking.
