Has anyone ever bought from icons.com? and if so, do you think they're legitimate?  Thanks!

Mike,

This is a good question for Garry King. Search for him in members and ask him in a comment on his wall here. He should be able to fill you in.

Thanks Steve, will do!

This is a UK based company. I have purchased several boxing gloves and football jerseys from them. Harrods displays their stuff as well. I have purchased their stuff from Harrods and direct. In my humble opinion, Harrods would not risk their reputation by displaying and selling questionable merchandise.

You're right Rajeev!  Harrods could do business with anyone they wanted.  That's a good sign!

Thanks guys for your insight!  By the way,  I further researched into this company, and they buy from and sell to Steiner Sports Memorabilia.  Steiner wouldn't ruin its reputation by buying/selling items from a fraudulent company.  Also, Icons is apparently sponsored dealers for FIFA and UEFA, the large companies in Europe which regulate European football matches/events.  So all in all, good place to buy (just did :) )

Hi Mike

i want to buy a Thierry Henry shirt for on them

wiuld you say they’re good to go?

Icons is rock solid.

The Henry item comes from a "trusted partner" of Icons. It should still be good though. They are the only company I would buy Ronaldo,Messi or Neymar from. And I do have 2 of the three.

I agree. Icons is solid, and I’d say the most trusted source for soccer autographs. You’ll have to pay up, but you get what you pay for. I made this post when they started to pop up on the radar here in the US

I’ve since made a handful of purchases from them. They post nice sales during Winter/Summer and Christmas time.
