Is anyone familiar with VIP Signatures on eBay?

I've seen a couple of things I'm interested in from this seller. All of the items are authenticated, but something just seems a bit off about the whole thing. I've watched items from the seller previously, and when the items sold, more stock from the same celeb pops up shortly after. I know that's not a huge red flag on its own, but the prices seem unusually cheap too. The only info I've seen about them was a thread on this forum about a forgery, but that was over 10 years ago.

I mention it in passing only, I don't know VIP, but there is a "specialist" seller of a sort on eBay who deals in low eye appeal/weak/forged certified material. Some of you have mentioned knowing who this is from as many words as that.
