Is everything from GAI fake?

I was thinking recently about the amount of fakes that are authenticated by GAI, so I went through my items and located 5 pieces authenticated by them. I looked up the corresponding number on their website (what's left of it anyway) and found that two items aren't even listed. The database shows no item exists. Two of the three items I know are legit as they were from a private Willie Mays signing a few years back and included the Say Hey authentication plus the MLB authentication. The other three I believe are bad. Two are Stan Musial 8x10's and one is Bart Starr 8x10. 

 

What I find interesting is that you would assume that people who have legitimate authentic photo's used the GAI service. There should be a quantity that are real! But, it appears that almost everything I come across is FAKE! Did they authenticate anything real, or did they have a network set up where they had people produce known forgeries and then they authenticated them? It seems to be the latter. I wish I could remember who I bought these three from and contact them. You wouldn't think they would spend their time on Musial and Starr. Any opinions on this?

Mike, you are such a moron, it's not even funny anymore.  Sad, yeas.  Funny, no.  Earlier you said you never get anything authenticated and why you are against it, now you are changing your story again!  Let me get this part straight.  You just said that you have never seen anything with an ACE authentication sticker on anything legitimate, then you said you have taken them off all of your items, and then all of your bad ACE items are now being authenticated by PSA!  Please get your stories straight.  Remember, tell one lie at a time so we can keep up with you and so you can keep up with yourself!  By the way you bumbling idiot, you may choose not to remember me, but I know you do.  And no, I'm not Christine, I have no idea who she is.  So, what is the name of that fictional bowling alley again?  I do have another question for you.  When you start getting senile, will you be so confused that you begin telling the truth?  Just a thought, but you might want to consider some medication before it sets in.

Steve, I don't think Mike is making it up.  Why don't we first ask the authenticators to "get it straight" before we judge honest collectors and dealers.

I didn't say you sent your items to ACE, I said that you admitted that you have items with ACE authentication stickers.  You said that everything with ACE was bad, I agree.  Then knowing that you ACE authenticated items were bad, you are sending them to PSA.  Where is the logic in saying you know something is bad, taking off the sticker, and then passing it on to another authenticator?  You are knowingly trying to keep bad items afloat.  Are you hoping that PSA doesn't recognize they are bad?

 

Secondly, nobody here is defending Jason Priddy.  I never made any positive comments about him.  Actually, I was the first person to post about how I busted him last year when he was selling photo's of athletes who were deceased before that photo paper the signature was on was even available.  I have never met him, only talked to him once, on the phone, to let him know that he was authenticating bad items and would out him.  Of all the people on this site, so far, you are the only person who has had a friendship with him, according to your Facebook page.

First of all, my name isn't Stephen, it's Steve.  As far as Facebook goes and I mentioned this to you before, all i did was look up your name, then it shows yours friends list.  I scrolled down the list and Justin's name was listed.  There is no secret to this.  You left your page unprotected and anyone in the world can look go to your page and see this.  I can't believe you haven't figured this out.  I know you assume the worst because it is a reflection of who you are.  Most of the time, things are far less complicated than you make them out to be.

Mike, I'm not on your page.  if you go to Facebook and look at any person's page, you can see who there friends are.  The only reason I ever checked Justin on your friend's list was because you told Christine in a post that you weren't friends with him.  As I told you in a previous post, it was easily verifiable.

Christine, Mike thinks we are just picking on him.  He doesn't understand why others have not chimed in.  This is because we know him personally and have been a witness to his actions.  Others on this site have not, so I wouldn't expect them to comment.  I wouldn't comment on someone I didn't have first have experience with either.  It is really quite simple, not hard to understand.
